Our Policies


For safety reasons none of our teething or beaded products should be left with an unattended child. Any and all damaged products should be discarded immediately to prevent any harm. Products should not accompany children when sleeping, as this is a safety concern. Buyer assumes all responsibility for safety once the item has shipped.


All of our items are sent to a 3rd party lab for testing as required by federal and state safety standards. We ensure all of our items meet CPSC testing requirements and stay up-to-date on any new requirements.

  • BPA free
  • PVC free
  • Phthalates free
  • Lead free

Turn Around Time:

All items currently listed are ready to sell items. Any items with personalization requests have a TAT of 10-14 business days. Any non-personalized items will ship within 5-10 business days. (Business days exclude weekends, holidays and any announced shop closing dates.)

Refunds & Returns:

Due to the nature of our products we do not currently accept returns or refunds. Unless the issue is of our own fault. We are more than happy to work with you to help solve any issues. No returns or refunds on Personalized items.



After items are shipped you will be provided with tracking information. Due to holiday seasons, COVID-19 and staff shortages through the USPS, we can not 100% confirm a date that a package will arrive. Due to the current circumstances it is impossible to know if they will arrive on a given date, later, or even earlier. We are happy to work with you on figuring out shipping and can give estimated arrival dates. However, we can not give a guarantee on shipping timelines. Once an item leaves our location; it is out of our control.
